HOCK1NG Commercial Services is a specialist commercial organisation supporting the construction and engineering sector, specialising in civils, groundworks, earthworks and concrete works. With over 20 years’ experience in sub-contracting, main contracting and consulting for organisations turning over £1 million to £1 billion on projects from inception to completion.

A passion for civil engineering and promoting collaboration throughout the supply chain, HOCK1NG supports the tender process through to final account with practical advice and support while offering technical expertise. A benefit to the support offered is the wide range of experience from running and selling a civils company, to employing staff and procuring materials and machinery to being employed by one of the UK’s largest main contractors offering practical and technical support for several years while creating templates for commercial use, mediating on disputes, undertaking tenders and concluding accounts of all values on various contract basis.

The support is offered not only with practical experience but also with an academic background. From charterships with the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES) and the Association of Cost Engineers to a degree In commercial management and quantity surveying, and most recently a master’s degree in construction law, both from prestigious UK universities.

On a practical side, we hold Gold and black CSCS cards for attending sites, NVQs in construction management and insurance.
