Tender & BQ Production

Tender and BQ production from first principles. Projects from thousands to tens of millions can be produced from drawings and specifications to suit your requirements. These can be SMM7, NRM, CESMM or even an amalgamation of methods to produce re-measurement or lump sum BQs for your project. We utilise Autodesk, Bluebeam and Kubla Cube software for groundwork measures and cut/fill operations. Files are produced in easy to understand excel document where required.

Measurement Templates & Training

Templates for measurements provided including foundations, drainage, services, external and internal concrete slabs. Training and user guides to templates can be offered.

Contract Review & Advisory

Contract templates are provided, and contract review services are encouraged. Typically, JCT and NEC (various forms) are analysed and amended to suit the needs of the contractor and the project.

Valuations & Dispute Resolution

Site valuations, re-measurements, and account assessments. Ideal for true value positions and services suggested as ‘dispute resolution’ where accounts aren’t being mutually agreed on site.
